Every story has a beginning, and ours starts in a cozy little apartment that feels like home but is just temporary. My Fiancé, two kids, and I have been navigating the ups and downs of life's twists and turns, always dreaming about owning our own space—a place we can truly call "home." 

But as the excitement grew, so did the financial reality check of moving into our own home. A process that demanded every penny we had.

Bills piled up faster than I could keep track: first month's rent, security deposit... Costs to fix up the home.

The list was endless. Each dollar counted, each decision heavy with i hope we’re making the right choice.
