Today I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart.You know, life sometimes throws curveballs that we never see coming. Unexpected challenges my  twin brother Joseph Charles Foley and I have faced for the past 5 + years. Political persecution\ Malicious Prosecution\ RACIAL DISCRIMINATION Judicial system Corruption/ Police Misconduct through Police Assault & Illegal charges \ Myself Illegally pushed through a grand jury & 2 indictment trials while they dismissed Clyde Cooke's Indictment & Arrest settling his civil lawsuit's ( WHILE I WAS ON TRIAL) creating Racial Discrimination Case Entirely against  Woodlynne Borough And State of NJ.

EX WOODLYNNE Cop NOW PENNSAUKEN COP COMMITTED PERJURY twice in 2 trials' pushed against myself ONLY  & not my twin autistic brother.( They tried to kill me during the TRIALS so I wouldn't testify to ruin everyone involved) It took 2 long years to bring suspect in custody because Woodlynne Borough PD refused to arrest the KNOWN WOODLYNNE RESIDENT/ ATTEMPTED MURDER SUSPECT / KNOWN DRUG DEALER WITH GUN CHARGES IN MULTIPLE TOWNSHIPS  & I had to have Haddon Twp Court/police department handle it. NFG 👎🏼 😤 🤬 

While I won the Second trial in 15 minutes flat out right Jury Verdict NOT GUILTY ( 1st trial jury was tampered with " caught by another prosecutor working a different case during lunch break" so judge dismissed them ) , PROSECUTOR lied in court throughout the trial especially denying to the judge & jury there weren't any further charges pending pertaining to the case Or that there weren't any civil lawsuits filed ( lawsuits were filed twice during trial ) creating Double Jeopardy case pushed through Courts in  Woodlynne Borough I had removed from WOODLYNNE court to Haddon Twp court & some how all cases were Illegally pushed back through Woodlynne Borough.  ( Totally Complicit & Compromised Judicial system) . They had no choice but to Finally drop all charges against Joseph Foley & Myself 4\3\24 While Judge Kennedy in Camden County superior Court Illegally dismissed Civil lawsuit case against the state of NJ & Woodlynne Borough 01\5\24 before Illegal Charges against Joseph Foley and The Double jeopardy charges Against myself could be heard in court or Dismissed bec Cop who lied on witness stand (refused to show up for court) bec he committed Perjury twice besides POLICE MISCONDUCT while the other corrupt cop ran to Texas & refused to come to both my Illegal Trials pushed against me. Nj Waited 4 years to drop the Illegal charges put on my autistic twin brother. Woodlynne Borough & State Of Nj They ruined my credit\ My Name \ & tarnished my criminal record that Violated FBi guidelines who hold my credentials pertaining to my Name.

My FBI credentials run out of Center city Phila. Office from 26 yrs ago  violating my civil rights while they refused to verify my gov credentials before the Illegal arrests & Corrupt Charges were filed . Indictment case Ruined my chances of obtaining several business loans to advance my business/ person financial situation or even get a job. Injuries held me back from working as well. I still have these injuries & blemishes  Tarnishing my Credit & Criminal Record they need to Expunge.    🌀

Property damage from where my injuries were sustained are still current to this day in my apartment building stairwell wall visibly seen on police department body camera footage! What they did to my twin autistic brother will make you cry when you see the footage. It's truly sad they did to us knowing they have gun & drug dealers/ cartel criminals & murders running around the town. ( While I was on trial I helped solve several murders where suspects were apprehended living in HOODLYNNE BORO) I surely wasn't working with Woodlynne Borough police department," I was assisting other law enforcement agencies" !

Lawyers & news Outlets refused to assist or air the case . I fired multiple lawyers because they were a joke & one lawyer was fired in front of the indictment trial judge for failure to do his job or to even listen that I have FBI credentials that should have put a stop to everything during Grand jury or even before it reached a grand jury. Lawyers working with a BAR CARD sure love to take your money but refuse to do their job. NFG 👎🏼 😤 🤬 

It took Camden County Superior Court Deputy Public Defender ERIN SWEENEY to whoop their corrupted 'S IN COURT. I even warned the judge to his face I was "legally" coming after EVERYONE involved!! One guy who works for the courts pissed his pants in the court room when I won & one sheriff deputy I had to put in his place during Indict trial all because I received a message from President Donald j Trump's campaign on my phone and I answered it. I told the sheriff get your hands off of me "I'm talking to our REAL Presidents Staff" !!

( That's how corrupt they are in New Jersey) !! 

Police dept body camera footage I used to Win my Illegal Indictment trials out right bec they're so Complicit & Compromised with total Corruption within the Borough & State Of Nj should have been on the News but no news outlet wouldn't air it. Woodlynne Borough mayor & Ex mayor Jerald Fuentes keep scapegoating on my letter of intent to sue Issued 5\3\24 . Then again  Served & Signed by the court admin 7\3\25 with a meeting held between myself & Current mayor Joseph Chukawakee "NIGERIAN "for an hr on 7/25/25 while he promised to resubmit civil case  himself through Superior Court in Camden County to settle civil lawsuit Demands I put in place several times.  

It all started back on March 17th 2020  when things took an unexpectedly tough turn for us. We were illegally arrested by our local      police ( who knew us especially myself having FBI credentials) who was supposed to be working with my office Nj'sJfJr Putting a stop to illegal Guns & Drugs on the streets, stopping violence upholding our law while backing up Law Enforcement to Bring Security & Stability back in a town that desperately needed LEADERSHIP.

I have filed paperwork with WASHINGTON DC DOJ , FBI , POTUS 47 PARDON DEPARTMENT & LASTLY CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION to bring everyone to justice ♎ ⚖️ on the FEDERAL LEVEL & FORCE CIVIL LAWSUIT LITIGATION Since State of NJ/;Woodlynne Borough pushed these cases past statues of limitations.
