I live in Bessemer City, North Carolina, and I am looking for a church family — a loving community where I and my children can feel at home, grow in faith, and find spiritual guidance. I am a shy person, and it has been hard for me to find a church where I feel welcomed. My oldest child is 4 years old and has not yet been baptized because I never found a church that felt like home. I want to give my children a solid spiritual foundation and raise them in God’s love.

Recently, my life changed dramatically due to a serious eye condition called retinal detachment, which required me to undergo two major surgeries back-to-back. While these surgeries saved my sight, they brought many challenges.

Since then, I cannot drive, I lost my job, and I cannot afford new glasses even though I have a prescription. Despite all this, I am doing my best to care for my two children.

Beyond financial help, I am reaching out with a humble heart to ask for prayers, support, and a connection to a church community in or near Bessemer City. A church where I can rebuild my relationship with God and where my children can receive baptism and grow in faith.

I am not asking for pity. I am asking for a second chance — to rebuild my life with dignity, faith, and love.
