Surgery Co Pay and Loss Wages

My foot is in so much pain. I have to get surgery on my right foot and my insurance company is charging me $2,500 for out of pocket cost for procedure and surgery center fees,before they will cover the remaining cost. I will also have to get a scooter as well to get around while I'm disabled. I have daughters and I am a single parent just trying to heal to return to work. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Anything helps, I cant take this pain anymore.
