Friends, Family and Loved Ones of Larissa and Brandon:

In December of 2024, our beautiful sister-in-law, Larissa, was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer called cholangiocarcinoma, a type of cancer that forms in the bile duct. She was diagnosed mere months after she and Brandon wed and were making plans for a beautiful future together. We are so thankful for the oncologists and the medication that, we believe, has slowed the cancer down and given Larissa this extra time. Unfortunately, these medications are no longer working.

Larissa is not ready to give up fighting. She and Brandon have been doing some research to see what their options are now. They have been in contact with the Immunotherapy Institute in Tijuana, Mexico. This treatment facility offers a rigorous immunotherapy protocol with a team of oncologists, functional medicine specialists and integrative specialists. They are optimistic that they will be able to help Larissa. We are hopeful that this protocol will give Larissa more time to pursue treatment through clinical trials or as new medications become available. This comes with a heavy financial burden, with the costs of treatment, travel and missed work required for Brandon to travel to Mexico to be with Larissa.

The approximate cost for the treatment and stay is around $70 000, not including travel.
