I'm sorry if you're having to read this, but thank you for taking the time to do so.
I go by many names, but some of you may know me as Tim or as Miysbi, and partner Flora.

At this point in my life, I'm at an all-time low. My uncle, whose roof I live under with my partner Flora and our dogs, has given me an ultimatum. I have lived here for over 10 years now, and after four of those years with the dogs living here, He barged into my home, after saying he needed tools, was upset that there was an odour in the house because two of the dogs are not yet housebroken. I tried to explain to him that I have already been looking at ways to remedy the issue, but he wasn't having any of this. He wants the dogs gone or outside only. I tried to explain that the 2 dogs I have owned the longest are ESA(Emotional Support Animals) and we have this at the recommendation of a therapist and an order from a doctor, but he dose not care, he wanted them out or gone. So now I'm only left with 4 choices.

A. "Get out and take the dogs with you."
B. "Get rid of the dogs in 'ANYWAY' possible, I don't care how."
C. Leave the dogs outside, who are known for jumping the fence.
D. "Buy the house from me, and I'll off and leave you alone."

As you all can see, I chose D, seen as it is the only real option of the four. At this moment, he is asking for a total of 20k for the house and 5k for closing costs, but he has also said I could give him 10k for the house next door which used to be my grandpa's old clock shop, which now is little more than a run down shack at this point. So I'm attempting to fund a personal loan, or acquire a mortgage to try and purchase the house, and maybe the old clock shop as well, so I can stop hearing him threaten me again about selling the house out from under me or throwing my partner, ours dogs and myself out of the family home that my grandparents and great grandparents have lived in.

Please... anything helps with reaching the goal. I'm sorry for asking for help with this...
