To all who read.

my name Rudi. I live in the UK but from South Africa. About 14 years ago I had a skiing accident and it caused me huge anxiety and stress. So to my huge life changing misfortune. A Dr recommended anti depressants and ruined my life and my marriage. It made me suicidal. I went from a loving father and husband to being angry. Sad. Depressed. Rude and nasty. I couldn’t control anything. 

They started to change my medications and changed again and again and in the end I started with 1 medication and now I take 7 tablets and i Am always on edge. The medical profession ruined me and my life and I am now stuck on these medications. I can’t detox without being in a place that is controlled and I can be monitored. 

But the UK is not well managed NHS, poor services and low on staff and so getting off the meds is proving a hard time. It can be lethal and unlike Jordan Peterson, I don’t have the finances to enable me to find private options to detox. 

I take 1000mg lithium, 0,5mg ( deadly ), 40mg Citalopram ( suicidal ), liverthyroxitine, and one other I can’t even spell. I spoke to the Drs and all they said was is that my diagnosis isn’t bipolar. They had me anxiety, then depressed and then bipolar and then ADHD, I said if I have adhd. Why not just stop meds and he said no, he will remove what I am on and change what I need. I have bounced to many times. I won’t survive doing that again. 

I am asking anyone to please help me please. I can’t live this way and I have little hope these days. I have prayers to God and my faith will always be strong and prayer strong. But I can’t do anything other than rely on divine intervention and donations from anyone. 

People don’t know me. But I ask that by the grace of God that you will all see me as a man who is trying to start new. To clear my system and create a new life with peace and joy.
