I retired after serving 32 years in the Army/Army national Guard and Army Reserve in 2018.  I bought a triple wide, manufactured home from Agent Owned Realty in November 2017. Although it passed two house inspections, the agent who sold it to me, renovated the house with the cheapest materials he could find.  The subflooring is crumb board covered in vinyl tile, with no moisture protection.  The Sheet rock is so cheap you poke holes in by barely touching it.  I also had to replace the 5-ton AC.  I cannot use the main bathroom, and my spare bedroom has a large whole in the floor.  The sliding glass back rusted up and is unusable and the rear metal door hinges has fell apart.

I have never lived in a dwelling that is disintegrating, bit' it's no better than a cardboard box.    I need help renovating the house.  My niece doesn't have a bedroom and has to sleep on a couch.  I used to have a good paying a job as defense contractor until I lost my security clearance due to debts.  I am reaching out for help.  I have no family or friends to rely on.  The economy and recently Tropical Storm Debbie has been rough on us. I would appreciate any donations, and they will go straight to repairing my house
