I would like to fix a roofing for our family house

Our family house is leaking and it becomes a disaster during rainy conditions. The water gets inside and it wets everything in the house. I panic a lot when the weather change and sometimes I become sleepless because of that condition. I would appreciate a lot should I be funded to fix that problem.
