As Part five of a 5 part series on the toll war takes on human lives and the environment SR# Motion Picture Productions is scheduling a 5 part DOCUMENTARY SERIES on the war in Gaza and the war in Ukraine. The first episone titled "WAR, THE HUMAN COST" is raising funds separatly through GiveSendGo. All unused funds will go to help solving the homeless problems in Europe and North America.

These funds will be allocated to cover travel expenses to Lebanon and to support local camp runners who will assist in locating and conducting interviews with survivors. Achieving this stretch goal will not only deepen our understanding of history but also ensure that these stories are preserved for future generations. The memories of the refugees in Lebanon hold significant importance. With your support, we can ensure that their stories are captured and preserved for the benefit of future generations.


Our Vision: 

At the core of our initiative is an interactive website, boasting a map of Palestine. It invites users to seamlessly explore various Nakba-affected locations. With every click, a poignant narrative unfolds—survivors open up about their displacement experiences, sharing tales of villages erased and lives forever changed. Our vision extends beyond just a website; it's about fashioning a dedicated interactive space—a digital haven where these stories can thrive, imparting wisdom and inspiration to future generations. Project Objectives:

Interactive Website Development: Build an interactive website chronicling the events of the 1948 Nakba in Palestine. The platform will feature a map highlighting affected villages and offer users live testimonials for an educational insight.

Testimonial Archiving: Gather testimonials from Palestinian elders who witnessed the Nakba, creating a historical record that exposes the systematic nature of the 1948 ethnic cleansing of Palestine.

Amplifying Refugee Voices: Amplify the voices of millions of Palestinians in refugee camps in Palestine, Jordan, Syria, and Lebanon, providing a nuanced and compassionate perspective often overlooked.

Educational Resistance: Utilize testimonials as a means of peaceful, educational resistance against attempts to depoliticize and delegitimize the Palestinian narrative. Counter efforts to erase the events of 1948 from public consciousness.

The purpose and necessity of this archival website.

Preserving Experiences: Vital connection for Palestinians to their homeland, preserving Nakba survivors' experiences.

Amplifying Perspectives: Bridge historical echoes with contemporary struggles, highlighting the enduring impact of displacement.

Challenging Perceptions: Present recent testimonials and life in refugee camps to challenge Western perceptions of the Palestinian cause, revealing the ongoing Nakba 75 years later.

Relevance Amidst Crisis: Gain significance amidst the Gaza crisis, reminding that the wounds of the first Nakba persist, shaping Palestinians' lives today.

Addressing Historical Manipulation: In response to Israeli efforts aimed at depoliticizing and delegitimizing the Palestinian narrative, our project serves as a form of resistance. We stand against attempts to erase the events of 1948 from the Palestinian perspective, striving to preserve and highlight the broader Palestinian narrative.

Dec 20th 2023 - Keeping busy

Well, the ex wife has the kids this Christmas so instead of sitting around we decided to create a cause to help HOMELESS POEPLE in our city by showing them there are companies and individuals that care about them. We are trying to raise $5,000 (CDN) to purchase 100 blankets and put together 100 boxes of food and personal items to distribute on Christmas Eve. We cant think of a better way to spend Christmas Eve than showing homeless poeple that there are people who actually care about them. Please go to our list of campaigns and look for 'FEEDING THE HOMELESS ON CHRISTMAS EVE" Campaign. *If we can't put this together by Christmas Eve we will keep the campaign going and distribute on NEW YEARS EVE. All donations go to our corporate account at the Bank of Montreal (BMO) In Canada and is overseen by KPMG accounting. All reciepts will be available upon request to donors and we will be taking/posting video and photo's for our website at http://www.sr3productions.com (Please note the website is under construction and not all functions are available) Thank you and have a merry and safe Christmas :-)
