This is honestly hard for me to post, but I’ve been homeless for nearly 8 years now, and I’m exhausted from surviving day to day with no real stability. Sleeping outside, constantly worrying about where I’m going to be safe at night, carrying everything I own with me… it wears on you mentally and physically more than most people realize.

Right now, I have a chance that could truly change my life. A friend of mine is willing to sell me a large van that runs great and is big enough for me to live in for only $300. That may not sound like much to some people, but when you’re homeless and struggling just to get through each day, coming up with that kind of money feels almost impossible.

This wouldn’t just be a vehicle to me. It would mean safety. Shelter. Privacy. A place to sleep without fear. A chance to finally stop feeling completely stuck. Just having a running vehicle would be life-changing after everything I’ve been through these past 8 years.
