The announcement by Justin Trudeau that all Federal Workers would be mandated to take the experimental COVID-19 gene therapy injections is what sparked my fight against Canada Post Corporation (CPC). When they imposed a mandatory vaccination policy on the workers who served the public from the start of the pandemic it left many employees feeling abandoned—financially, physically and psychologically. We went from heroes to zeroes. This decision wasn’t just about vaccine mandates; it was about the heart-wrenching choice between employment and personal beliefs, all while battling bureaucracy in an already tough industry.

The struggle is real for these workers, who were essentially told they had to choose sides: their health or a job that sustains them and so many families across Canada. It’s not just about money; it's about dignity, respect, and the right to make informed decisions without fear of losing livelihoods.

I launched this crowdfunding campaign because I need professional legal help to take this fight forward against the lawyers that will be hired to try to dismiss this 2000 page Duty of Fair Representation (DFR) complaint. These lawyers will be paid for by the Union dues I and every other Postal Worker contributes to. This campaign is for anyone who has felt powerless against corporate giants, was forced or coerced against their will and is standing up for their rights with the hope that justice prevails over bureaucracy and mandates.
