Esa dog needing help

My dog is my emotional support animal and she's needing surgery as soon as possible and I dont want to lose her. She has been.with me for 6yrs. She is my lifeline and im low income and I cant afford to get that surgery without help. So if you can help it would be greatly appreciate anything helps even if its a dollar.
