Hello, my name is Azariah Yahudah Ben Yisrael, and I am the founder of The Evelyn Ramey Centers for Hope, a nonprofit in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania and the Metro Atlanta area. Our mission is simple but powerful: to restore dignity, stability, and independence to families and individuals experiencing homelessness. Personal Connection I know what it’s like to struggle. Right now, I’m driving trucks to support my family and to keep this dream alive. But it’s wearing me down physically and mentally. I want to give my full energy to helping others in need—because I’ve been there myself. Our Mission At The Evelyn Ramey Centers for Hope, we do things differently:- Food Dignity – Fresh meals grown through aquaponics, hydroponics, and microgreens farming. No leftovers, no 'trash food.'- No-Strings Shelter Access – Safe shelter without forced sermons, paperwork barriers, or humiliation.- Skills for Independence – Practical training in bricklaying, carpentry, welding, truck driving, home economics, credit repair, and sustainable living (rainwater harvesting, renewable energy, farming).

Our Goal

We are raising $50,000 so I can step out of trucking and dedicate myself full-time to this mission. These funds will go directly toward securing space, running our programs, providing meals, and distributing supplies for families in need.
