Emergency heatwave

I had my power lines destroyed in the June tornado. The power company wouldn't reconnect until the bill is caught up. I couldn't reconnect that fast and thought i could catch up eventually, but now the planet is on fire and my house is filling up with smoke. I have to keep the windows closed no and the heat is 90F+ without A/C. if anyone can find away to help so i can my health back, i beg you in Jesus name.
