I am asking for help with my electric bill that I owe almost 2000.00 on... I need to get it paid off so I can get my electric in my name at my apartment... I was told that I have to get my past bill paid before I can get my electric in my name so I can keep my apartment... Every little bit helps and I am very appreciative
