Dobby Cat Needs Help

Dobby is the cat I raised with my first (now deceased) husband Terry Tidwell from birth. He keeps getting ill now with no explanation. This time he is having a major itchy skin issue that is causing him to scratch himself into a bloody mess. He has been to the veterinarian twice now but it continues. I want to do everything I can to help him. If you can help at all, please do!
