I met Jim, a 76 year old Veteran, last September while filming a brand deal. He shared with me the work he does helping other veterans through the local disabled American veterans chapter he is a part of and how much the group has changed his life. I got to attend their meeting this week and heard how much extra funding would be able to support them and help so many disabled local veterans. So many of you asked how you can get involved with their organization and support them and this is your chance. An example of something your donation would go to would be helping buy a hearing implant for a veteran after his health insurance declined his request or providing money to the wife of a veteran to pay her bills while her husband is in the hospital after a surgery. I’ve truly built the best community on socials and I’m excited to see how we can impact these veterans together.
