UPDATE: Case Dismissed In The State Of Texas, But They are Relentless. 

The judge initially dismissed the case due to jurisdiction, but then overturned her OWN decision and we are now fighting a deposition.

If the Plaintiff is successful in bringing me to a Texas court for a social media post, it may allow the radical left to bring ANY Christian conservative into a different state’s court for words they disagree with.

Early on, Buzbee Lawfirm told me that if I groveled and apologized, that they would drop the lawsuit. This proves that this lawsuit was never about "damages" but instead was designed to chill the speech of anyone who dared to criticize the homosexual rental-womb baby-harvesting scheme.

I am being sued by a famous homosexual man on Tik Tok for what he alleges was me exercising my right to freedom of speech to criticize the LGBTQ Mafia and the Left’s ongoing mission to indoctrinate innocent children. 

This is going to be one of the most important lawsuits of our time, setting the precedent for anyone who dares to criticize the LGBTQ Mafia. Let me be clear: This case is NOT about me, this case is about ANYONE who takes a stand against the perversions that are rotting our nation from the inside out. It will set a precedent for future generations to come, and I do not plan on backing down. This case is designed to make an example out of me in order to chill the speech of anyone who dares to have an opposing opinion to LGBTQ issues.
