Summary: Devout Christian who loves freedom made enemies among Deep State security officials who, when they had the chance, hounded him to near bankruptcy, intimidated his attorneys, and interfered with his due process rights. Perseverance and courage defeated them, but crushed him financially. He appeals now to the LORD’s household for help to address others’ needs, medical, and debt.

I am a devout Christian. While I was inside the Deep State under Obama, I called out personal and financial corruption. I had the audacity to identify personal misconduct and demand accountability.
I complained about sexual misconduct, adultery and hostile retaliation. I identified lies, misinformation, harassment, malfeasance and coercion by security officials. I told them I would neither compromise nor desist. This infuriated them. Normal people back down and protect themselves. I told them that they were hypocrites and operated like a priesthood – without accountability, conscience, or oversight. I told them that they corrupted our system – because they preferred their own privilege, power, and impunity over everything else.
- WHY DID I DO THIS? Defending our democracy is everyone’s job. Freedom is not free. Democracy aligns with our Judeo-Christian values. Government hypocrisy, abuse, lies, waste and corruption erode public trust and that founding heritage. A close reading of our founding documents reveals this explicitly – rule of law, decentralized power, personal autonomy, the value of the individual [versus king], emphasis on mercy, justice, personal responsibility, dignity/love of neighbor, individual conscience, diversity of opinion, human dignity, personal moral responsibility. . .and skepticism about human authority and absolutism.
I knew two women who were sleeping with senior executives. Separately, another senior official had a ‘competition’ with at least one other executive to sexually exploit the most women under their authority. This man told me from across his desk that he “would f***ing bury me when he got the chance.” I represented a real threat to him by raising this. WHAT CAME NEXT?
They used Lawfare against me – where the process is the punishment. Here is how that worked.
I was involved in personal litigation. The security goons got involved when they discovered I was vulnerable. They harassed me, monitored me, and followed me. But I had good attorney and we prevailed in court. The law and facts were on our side – and the judge perceived me to be a good person. I thought the matter was finished.
The case dismissal enraged them. Once my case was closed, they sought another show-cause action. It was flimsy, but it was enough to get the whole thing revisited. That filing re-opened my case, tripled my expenses and almost bankrupted me. They wanted to bury me and what came next was even more bizarre.
The same security officials door-stepped my attorney to intimidate him. They threatened him with legal action, professional complaint and potential disbarment. They demanded – and he gave them – all my case records! He then quit my case after telling me what was at stake for him. He backed down to protect his career. Then he passed me onto an older colleague whom he said was a good man and competent attorney. He said his colleague had experience with this particular agency and said, “he knew how to deal with them.” I trusted him and it did not feel like I was being set up.
Then security door-stepped my second attorney. He advised me that they had warned him to be careful in court. He told me he would do his best for me but would appear compliant in court and would not cross any red-lines. He told me too that I must be careful not to appear contemptuous if I were to challenge any statements in court. He told me to “trust the process.” Prior to proceedings, the same goons also met with the other side wherein they offered to “guide” the prosecution and outcome. They provided false information and prejudicial background on me. I know this to be true from a first-hand source within their ranks.
The case should have been dismissed based on the facts and this undue influence. Nobody told the judge about their interference! This denied me due process – a constitutional right. On game day, my attorney instructed me to say nothing. Then when called upon in court, he didn’t even enter one word in my defense. He just passed. I was flabbergasted. He just took my money and avoided problems for himself.
Later after proceedings, security admitted to me, “what did you expect, we are adversarial by design, we are not the ‘fairness people’ and we don’t do ‘justice’ .... and we are not ‘the forgiveness people’ .... we just do process.” About their role in my case, my source described them as “testilying" – the euphemism for FBI perjury and false evidence – and she noted one person in that security office had the same family name as the man who had threatened to bury me. Incredible.
“Moreover, I saw under the sun that in the place of justice, even there was wickedness, and in the place of righteousness, even there was wickedness. I said in my heart, the LORD will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every matter and for every work.” [Ecclesiastes 3:16]
It took time, but I forgave those who persecuted me. I truly did. I did that for myself – because “a crushed spirit dries up the bones” and resentment disrupts one’s service to the Lord (Matthew 5:24). But I never recovered from the financial hit and the harm compounded over time.
So, I am appealing to the LORD’s household for help. I am older now, on social security, and have a serious heart condition. For years, I have prayed for help.
