Hey everyone! It's Joel Pryor here. I'm an Adelaide-based software developer and creator of the Declaration Project.

The Declaration Project is my latest campaign against the wannabe tyrants who are trying to control what we see, hear, think, and do in Australia. During the pandemic, these people gleefully trampled our rights and freedoms. They dictated where we could go, what we must wear, and what we must allow to be injected into our bodies. Their draconian lockdowns destroyed people’s livelihoods, and their irrational mandates led to an untold number of vaccine injuries and deaths.

What they did was criminal, and they know it. Slowly but surely, the truth is coming out. That’s why they are now desperately trying to regain control of the narrative by introducing sweeping new censorship laws.

The Combating Misinformation and Disinformation Bill — or MAD Bill, as it’s not so affectionately known — is designed to suppress the voice of anyone who criticises or dissents from the government-approved narrative. The political establishment intends to use this legislation to manipulate public discourse, shield itself from accountability, and ultimately rewrite history.

The elites in this country have been wrong on virtually every major point over the past four years. The fact that they now want to police the truth is laughable. In light of all the harm they’ve caused, it’s also terrifying.

So what can we do about it?

Since April 2024, I’ve been hard at work developing a set of tools that I believe can make a real, lasting impact. The centrepiece of this effort is an AI-powered program that transforms people’s stories into Commonwealth statutory declarations.

Beginning on November 12, 2024, we will be encouraging everyday Australians to use this program to share how they were negatively affected by this country’s COVID-19 public health response. The program will take these testimonies and convert them into fully formed stat decs, which can then be printed off by the user.

Stat decs aren’t official until they’ve been signed by a qualified witness, so we’ve also created a free online service that enables participants to get their declarations witnessed remotely. This service connects participants with a witness via video call, and is designed to make the signing process as simple and frictionless as possible.

Once we have a collection of sworn and witnessed statutory declarations, we intend to present them in a coordinated manner to the Australian media and to politicians at all levels of government. Statutory declarations are recognised as evidence in the eyes of the law, which means they cannot be easily dismissed as misinformation.

Our goal, in other words, is to corner the establishment with the truth. We believe that by telling our stories in a way that can’t be swept under the rug, we can finally force their hand.

This is an ambitious project. Success is possible, but it won't come easy. 

In order for it to fulfil its potential, we need public support.

I’ve given everything I have to creating this campaign. I’ve worked day in, day out, for months on end to build and refine the technology that powers this campaign. It has cost thousands of dollars and close to a thousand hours of my time. When the campaign goes live, the overhead expenses will be significant.

We need to cover our costs somehow, but the reality is that we can’t charge for this service. To reach as many Australians as possible, it needs to be freely available. We are therefore relying on voluntary contributions to stay afloat.
