Countering Shiloh Hendrix's Fundraiser

Mission: Raise funds to purchase homes for Black and Somali families and settle them permanently in the immediate vicinity of Shiloh Hendrix’s current or future residences. The selected neighbors will include individuals Shiloh Hendrix has publicly attacked or insulted, as identified through credible sources. If Shiloh Hendrix relocates, the campaign will sell the properties, acquire new ones near her new location, and resettle the families, continuing this process indefinitely.

Fundraising Goal: $1,000,000 (initial target to purchase 5–10 properties, cover legal fees, and fund relocations, with scalability based on donations).

Property Acquisition:

Location: Identify Shiloh Hendrix’s current residence (requires public or legally obtainable address information). If her address is private, the campaign may need to rely on credible reports or public records, which could pose challenges.

Scope: Purchase 5–10 properties (single-family homes or condos) within a 1-mile radius of her residence, ideally surrounding her property.

Budget: Assume an average home price of $100,000–$200,000 (adjustable based on location). For 5–10 homes, allocate $500,000–$2,000,000, plus $100,000 for closing costs, taxes, and renovations.

Execution: Partner with a real estate firm to identify and acquire properties. Use cash purchases or financing to expedite the process.

Recipient Selection:

Target Group: Black and Somali families, prioritizing those who can claim to have been attacked or insulted by Shiloh Hendrix (based on public statements, social media posts, or legal records).

Verification: Work with a legal team to verify claims of attacks/insults using documented evidence (e.g., X posts, news articles, or court filings) to ensure legitimacy and avoid disputes.

Eligibility: Families must agree to live in the purchased homes permanently (or until Shiloh relocates) and participate in the campaign’s relocation plan if needed.

Outreach: Collaborate with community organizations, such as Somali cultural centers or Black advocacy groups, to identify eligible families and ensure cultural sensitivity.

Relocation and Settlement:

Home Allocation: Assign homes to selected families, covering moving costs and initial furnishings (budget: $50,000).

Support Services: Provide financial literacy training, job placement assistance, and community integration programs to ensure families thrive (budget: $50,000).

Legal Protections: Offer families legal support to secure their property rights and protect against potential disputes (budget: $50,000).

Tracking Shiloh Hendrix’s Movements:

Monitoring: Use public records, real estate transactions, or credible reports to track Shiloh Hendrix’s relocations. This may require a private investigator or legal team to stay within legal boundaries (budget: $50,000 annually).

Relocation Plan: If Shiloh moves, list the properties for sale, recover funds (targeting at least 80% of purchase price), and purchase new properties near her new residence. Repeat the resettlement process.

Sustainability: Reinvest sale proceeds into new purchases, supplemented by ongoing fundraising to cover losses or price differences.
