Congestive heart failure/stroke.

Congestive heart failure and stroke victim waiting on disability for two and a half years now not able to work due to no one wanting to hire a high risk person as myself losing everything slowly lost my car my wife's working two jobs and is never home and we barely have enough money to eat on let alone go to doctors and the like . Any contribution to help pay my bills and allow groceries and doctor visits would be very greatly appreciated thank you in advance have a blessed day
