Chronic Fatigue Syndrome caused leave work

My name is William Brownell. I'm 58 and unable to work due to waiting on disabilty. I have worked since i was 15 never not worked. Last year diagnosed with Chronic fatigue syndrome, as well as anxiety. I am only able to stay indoors or around house. I have terrible issues to go anywhere.

Ive used up my savings and have no way of getting help with bills. Any assistance would be appreciated
