Hi, my name is Chris Chon and we have been serving in Youth With a Mission in Taiwan for almost 20 years. Over the course of that time, we have been involved in bible teaching, staffing and running training schools, pioneering new ministries and a new YWAM location, and hosting outreach teams from all over the world to connect them with local ministries and churches. Now, in this new year, we believe the Lord is bringing us into a season of further equipping in leadership and gaining new tools so that we can have greater impact for Kingdom work and to help raise up a new generation of leaders here in Taiwan and East Asia. A wonderful opportunity has opened up to us, as YWAM will be running a Leadership Training School in Jeju, Korea this summer. The description from the website is quoted here:

The three-month Mission True LTS will be taught by founders, elders and leaders of our mission, and will not only expand your vision, but help give practical leadership understanding, competency, skills and tools to fulfill the role God has called you to as an individual or as a team. 

Through lots of prayer Eliah will also join me as a student and our whole family will be living on campus together for the school. 

In order to secure our spots in the school we have already paid $500 dollars each as a deposit, but we are needing to fundraise the rest of the school fees and children's living costs by the end of May. 

The cost breakdown for this summer is:

• Tuition, including room and board for Chris and Eliah is $6,600 ($3,300 per student)
• Room and Board for our kids is $6,000 ($2,000 per child)
• Plane tickets $2,000 (~$400 per person)
• Travel Insurance and Fees (~$1,100)
