CHEVY NEEDS YOUR HELP!

This is my fiancée’s boy, Chevy. He is a 5 year old St. Bernard. Chevy came down with Gastric Dilatation-Vololvulus (GDV,) which is also known as bloat. This is a life-threatening condition that requires emergency surgery, then 3-4 days in ICU, and a long recovery afterwards. This came on suddenly and now my fiancée has to take time off work to help our boy through his recovery. We are asking for any help to offset the costs associated with this untimely occurrence.
