SOS
From Canadian Frontline Nurses
WE ARE IN DIRE NEED OF $250,000.00!!

In 2020, we raced to the frontlines to fight,
unaware how this decision would forever change
both our personal and professional lives.
WE ARE FIGHTING:
For truth. For freedom.
For the right to ask questions.
For the right to bodily autonomy.
For the right to provide informed consent.
For the right to evidence-based, ethical healthcare.
In 2020, we raced to the frontlines for you
and for us.
For the elderly and for our children.
For all generations.
For all Canadians.
For our collective future.

As nurses, we were trained to advocate for the needs of our patients.
As humans, we could not bear to stand idly by
and remain silent as our rights and freedoms were threatened.
We did the unthinkable:
We publicly challenged the narrative.
We stood up, we spoke out.
We wanted you to know you weren’t alone.
NOW, WE NEED YOU TO JOIN US ON THE FRONTLINES!
We have endured three long years of threats,
professional disciplinary action, defamation, and legal challenges.
We were terminated from our professions for advocating for you
and adhering to our professional Code of Ethics.
We traveled the country in 2021 & 2022 to educate and unite Canadians.
We coordinated national hospital rallies in support of healthcare workers.
We joined the masses in Ottawa and stood on the frontlines during the Freedom Convoy when authorities violently tried to silence Canadians.
For three years, we have literally stood at the frontlines to bring you THE TRUTH.
We have invested everything to help bring light to the darkness, and three years later,
WE’RE STILL HERE, STRONG & DETERMINED!
Though we continue in this battle,
we can no longer sustain this fight without you.

WE NEED YOU NOW!
Our battles in the courts have been arduous.

We are fighting the disciplinary hearings with the College of Nurses of Ontario, who are threatening to revoke our nursing licenses, to protect public safety and ethical care, and prevent nurses from being silenced and threatened! The public continues to be harmed in many ways, and it is our duty to protect them from harm.
We challenged the Canadian Nurses Association & Together News Media
for libel after slanderous allegations were made against us and all who stood with us.
We believe it is crucial to hold media accountable for their words and actions!
We were the first to sue the Attorney General of Canada, for attacking Canadian citizens by invoking the Emergency Measures Act.
This federal case has set a dangerous precedent:
The EMA can be invoked if we disagree with current political policies.
THIS HAS TO BE CHALLENGED TO PROTECT FREEDOM FOR CANADIANS!
Our legal battles are far from over and our bills have become daunting.
Our amazing legal team has offered their service
and stood with us since the beginning.
They withheld the flood of legal fees as long as they could,
BUT NOW THE FLOODGATES HAVE BURST & OUR FINANCIAL WELL IS DRY!
Our legal fees continue to grow and we are drowning!
WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT,
CANADIAN FRONTLINE NURSES AND OUR
PERSONAL LIVES ARE FACING FINANCIAL RUIN!
This funding request represents the combined finances required
to support our legal pursuits & keep Canadian Frontline Nurses on the ground,
fighting for the health and well-being of ALL Canadians!
The last three years have taught us that every voice and every contribution matters.
Whether you skip purchasing a coffee this morning and direct those funds our way,
or you are in a position to offer more, know your support literally means the world to us.
TOGETHER, WE STAND.
TOGETHER, WE FIGHT.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change
the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Ephesians 6:13

You are all heroes and God’s children. By the blood of Jesus Christ you will have God’s favor, His miracles and His healing. May the enemies of God loose their grip on you in any way shape or form. May He send you a great victory and continued courage! In Jesus’s name amen! 💜

Update Financial Transparency: Profit and Loss 2022 Image
Update #3

May 14th, 2023

We've been standing up to the College of Nurses since the beginning. We will never let them silence us and are fighting so that they will never be able to silence and threaten nurses again or harm the public.

On April 14th, 2021 @canadianfrontlinenurses organized a protest in front of the College of Nurses of Ontario to let the public know they had silenced nurses from speaking out and we would not be bullied. We were already under several investigations, terminated from our jobs, and defamed in the media for speaking the truth when we stood in front of the CNO in Toronto.

In December 2020, Ontario’s College of Nurses (CNO), the governing college, issued a statement to its nurses.

That read:

Nurses have a professional responsibility to not publicly communicate anti-vaccination, anti-masking and anti-distancing statements that contradict the available scientific evidence. Doing so may result in an investigation by CNO, and disciplinary proceedings when warranted.

We regard this statement to be unethical, anti-science, and deeply disturbing. As nurses, our primary duty of care is not to the CNO or any other authority, but to the patients we care for. When we became nurses, we made a personal promise to ourselves to always put our patients first and that our ethical and professional duty is always first toward the patients under our care. We have a moral and ethical duty to follow our 4 ethical principles of; benevolence, non-maleficence, justice, and autonomy, which supersedes all policies made. The CNO statement, orders us to violate our duty and pledge to our patients in the following ways:

1. Denial of the Scientific Method itself:

2. Violation of our Code of Conducts:

3. Violation of Duty of Informed Consent:

We, nurses, believe that the CNO statement is an assault on free speech and scientific inquiry

By ordering nurses to be silent and follow only one narrative, or else face discipline, the CNO is asking us to violate our conscience, our professional ethics, and the scientific pursuit of truth.

We will never comply and will always put our patients first.

We now need your help as Sarah’s Disciplinary Hearing continues, we encourage citizens to also hold CNO accountable to do their job to keep you safe by allowing freedom of speech, informed consent, medical freedom, and transparency.

Update #2

May 7th, 2023

On September 1st 2021, Canadian Frontline Nurses

organized a National protest in support of healthcare workers as 💉 mandates were being implemented.

Jab or Job.

Healthcare workers and concerned citizens gathered together peacefully in solidarity to show their disapproval of such mandates, that goes against all bodily autonomy and would create further shortages in the hospitals.

Thousands had come out in support across Canada. Each city worked with local police to ensure their were no disruptions or disturbances to care and everyone remained safe.

This event was peaceful, for the health care workers standing with the healthcare workers.

The media had another story.

The media told Canadians we interfered with ambulance access, stopped cancer treatments from happening and assaulted health care workers.

This was not case.

But a way to discredit a successful stance. They realized how many were actually against what was happening and felt threatened. Canadian Frontline Nurses received an influx of hate mail, defamation and our lives threatened.

They wanted to silence our voices, all of us who took a stand, all of us who wanted to share our stories of how we've been harmed, let down and violated by public health measures. They didnt want to hear our stories, only the stories from those who "followed the rules" they were the only ones that mattered no one else.

We took a stand and put a libel suit against the Canadian Nurses Association and Together News Media for their quack quack quack article. We lost due to SLAPP. We took this stand not just for us. But for eveyone who has been silenced and discredited. To show the hypocrisy and lies of the media...we now need your help...

@canadianfrontlinenurses has tried to put up resistance and seek justice for the truth. We have done this by going against the media and slanderous lies about us and the public that chooses not to follow the narrative, we are defending the right for nurses to advocate for their patients and speak out when they see harm, we are also challenging the Federal Government invoking the EMA. All of these set dangerous precedence for the future of Canada.

We can no longer do this on our own. The reality is these fights are $$$. We have done all we can and are no longer able to hold those who have harmed Canadians accountable without your help.

Please help us keep the fight going. With everyone behind us we know we can achieve this, please consider helping us by visiting www.givesendgo.com/cfn

Update #1: CNO Disciplinary Hearing

May 2nd, 2023

My name is Sarah Choujounian, I've been a nurse since 2004 and I am the co-founder of Canadian Frontline Nurses. I first spoke out against the lockdowns in October of 2020 bringing awareness to the harms that all the health measures and mandates were causing, urging people to stop complying to these draconian measures. I also founded “Nurses Against Lockdowns” which has since merged into CFLN.

I was put under investigation by the CNO (College of Nurses of Ontario) and am now going through the disciplinary hearing. There are 12 allegations against me which are derived from things I posted on social media at the time. These posts are related to the harms of masks and the vaccines, along with things like the testing is not a diagnostic test and how there are alternative treatments that we were and still are being hidden from us.

The disciplinary hearing is being run by the colleges committee which is composed of licensed nurses and public members chosen by the government. This was initially supposed to be a 7 day case which includes our experts, Dr. Pelech and Dr. Byram Bridle, going against theirs, it has since been extended to 14 days.

This hearing is open to the public through being live streamed on YouTube yet the CNO has been making it very difficult and at times impossible for the public to access. At first, they informed us that, due to a high demand, their system had crashed yet even though the problem was supposedly rectified, people are still not getting the links. One individual even called and was informed that the College reserved the right to deny access to the links. This is a huge problem as, although we intend to take it to higher courts and hopefully come out victorious, our main aim and goal is to bring awareness to the public on how corrupt these organizations really are. Bill C-11, which was just recently passed, will make this even more challenging.

This case is also critical to the future of nursing and will give precedent. CFLN is not going against the CNO for personal reasons as I no longer want my license but we do believe that it is extremely important to hold them accountable for their actions and that justice be served. If we win the case, nurses across the country will know that they have the power to speak up for what is best for their patients when the industry doesn’t have the public’s best interest at heart but if we lose, nurses will remain censored and unable to advocate for their patients which will be and already is detrimental to our communities well being.

The next 3 court dates have been chosen and will be on May 19th, June 9th and June 30th of 2023 from 9:30am-5pm. The next 4 dates after that are still to be announced. If anyone from the public wants to attend, they must email the college at HearingsAdministrationGroup@cnomail.org and ask for the links referencing Sarah Choujounian’s court case.

Our lawyers, who have been extremely supportive since the beginning, have now billed us with discounted invoices. We need 50,000$ by May 19th, 2023 to keep this case active and will need 50000$ to follow shortly. As stated, we do not expect to win this case at this level and will be appealing it to take it to higher courts, this will cost approximately another 100,000$. The main goal is to expose the corruption of this regulatory body and how they are harming instead of protecting the public.

In order to accomplish this, we need your support. If you can and wish to donate you may do so through our GiveSendGo at www.givesendgo/cfl , send an etransfer at cflnlegalfees@protonmail.com or donate through our website through other means at www.canadianfrontlinenurses.ca
