Shalom, greetings in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

My name is Oktavianus Rumambi. I am 29 years old, married to my wife Elma, and we are blessed with a daughter named Gracelyn. We are currently serving as missionaries who have been called by God to preach the Gospel and pioneer a new church in the interior region of Kalimantan, Indonesia.

By the grace of God, we have been entrusted to serve in West Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan, a region that is still quite remote. Many people in this area continue to hold strongly to ancestral beliefs and practices of idol worship. The presence of the Gospel here is still very limited, which makes church planting ministry an important need for the spiritual growth of the community.

Most of the local residents work as farmers and rubber tappers, and the economic conditions are quite modest. While faithfully serving the growing congregation, we continue to rely on God’s provision and have additional work to help support our family and ministry.

We thank God that through this ongoing ministry, several families have begun gathering for fellowship and to learn the Word of God. However, up to this point, we do not yet have a permanent place of worship for the congregation.

Therefore, we have a vision to purchase a piece of land that can be used as a place of worship and a center for ministry activities in this area. This land will serve as a place where believers can gather for worship, spiritual growth, discipleship, and community outreach to the surrounding villages.

Through this opportunity, we would like to invite those who feel led to partner with us in this ministry, whether through prayer support or participation in the fundraising effort for the purchase of church land.

We believe that this ministry belongs to God, and He often moves through the hearts of His people to take part in expanding His work. Any support given will be a meaningful blessing for the growth of the church and the spread of the Gospel in this region.
