Bring Captain Osborne Home

Captain Osborne is trying to make his way home from Ukraine by way of the Warsaw airport and is currently stranded there because the train agents detained him at the border and required him to pay a $3500 to cross the border which was extortion and caused him to miss his flight. Now they are requiring an additional $2460 in order for him to rebook his flight. Any help with this situation would be very much appreciated. Thank you for reading.
