I’m so excited to share that I’ve been given the opportunity to go on a missions trip to Brazil this July with my church, Hope City, and an amazing team from our Supernatural School of Ministry.

Missions has been on my heart for as long as I can remember. Since I was very young, I’ve felt a deep calling to the nations. To love, serve, and share the heart of Jesus.

This opportunity is incredibly meaningful to me, especially in this season. As a single mom, this is a big step of faith, trusting God in a deeper way than I ever have before. I’m stepping out, believing that His provision will meet me here, that it will overtake my circumstances, and that my obedience will not only impact the lives we’re going to serve, but will also pour back into my home. I truly believe God is in this, and I’m choosing to trust Him fully.

Over the years, I’ve been involved in supporting missions through local churches and organizations, and now I have the opportunity to step into this calling in a new and personal way!

I am deeply honored and expectant for what God is going to do.

While in Brazil, our team will be partnering with a ministry called Projeto Sementinha (“Little Seed Project”). This ministry pours into children in a rural community by meeting both practical, physical and spiritual needs. They provide meals, clean clothing, showers, and access to healthcare like dental, vision, and routine checkups.

They also create a safe, loving environment where kids can grow through a variety of activities. Including art, dance, games, and play, as well as outings that give them new experiences outside of their everyday environment.

The children are also taught how to serve, learning to put into practice the values they are being poured into.

In addition, they lead worship with the children and teach them the Word of God, helping them grow in their relationship with Jesus.

More than anything, they are planting seeds.

Seeds of love, identity, and hope.

As a team, we will be serving these children by helping prepare meals, supporting daily activities, and sharing the love of Jesus.

We will also partner with local churches and ministries to pour into the community and families.

At the heart of it all is this truth: every child is a son and daughter, and they have a seat at the table. Our desire is to help them see their identity in Christ, that their circumstances do not define them, and that they are fully seen, known, and loved by Him.

We believe these children are deeply loved and carry purpose. That they are leaders, world-changers, and generational cycle-breakers for their families.

I truly believe this trip is about transformation. Not only for those we’re going to serve, but for every person involved. It is much bigger than just a trip. It’s an investment into lives being impacted, hearts being restored, the Gospel being shared, seeds being planted.
