Dear family and friends,

Many of you know that I’ve been working on producing my first Christian album for the past several months, but for those that don’t know much about it, I wanted to let you in on it too, and also update you all about where we are in that process.

Ever since I started writing songs at 15 years old, I knew that God was going to use me and my story to help people. I knew that at least one person's life could be changed drastically if they really paid attention to the lyrics I wrote. One thing I never could have dreamed of is creating a full-length, 16-song album at the age of 16! God is SO good!

Over the past several months, I've been working with Michael Rambo, the director of Collective Arts in Eau Claire, WI, and so many other amazing individuals and students of Collective Arts, to arrange these songs into an album. It’s not just me and my acoustic guitar anymore….we’ve added in several different instruments and ideas to this project. Everyone that has been a part of the album has worked so hard to make it sound the best that it can so that these stories can be shared with others who need to hear them, especially teens and young adults my age.

In order to finish this project, I need the help of my community and much prayer support. Michael Rambo has spent countless hours in the studio with me and my friends who helped work on the album, and many more hours since then cleaning and mixing the album, all steps involved in post-production. The Collective Arts have been a fundamental part of making this dream a reality, and so far, it’s all been done in-house at the studio, which has saved us time and money. The final mastering of the album is being done by Neks, and then we’re ready to go!

It was hard to put a number on just how much this would all cost, so the amount needed has shifted a bit to account for that. Our final goal is to raise about $6,000 to not only cover the production costs of this album, which all goes to Collective Arts and Neks, but to then share it through all kinds of streaming platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.), promote it through making CDs and online videos, and then prepare for the future. We want to make this a sustainable process-one we can afford to duplicate for others in the Collective Arts community-so that other students have the ability to make music for the Lord and use their gifts for Him in this way! Also, I would really like to continue making music as an artist in the future, and I want to keep sharing my story with people who need to hear it.

Above everything else, please keep in mind that this album is first and foremost for the Lord, and most certainly for His glory. As I've mentioned in one of my songs, I don't want the fame. I don't want the glory or the praise. All of it is for the Lord, and my praise will always be lifted to Him!

As you consider whether or not to invest in this album and future projects, please keep all that in mind, and know that I really appreciate your prayerful consideration of coming alongside me and this mission to bring Jesus to more people my age. My biggest prayer is always that at least one person's life will be changed or someone's faith will be strengthened through these songs. That makes all of this worth it to me, and my hope is that it might be worth it to you, too.
