Frequently, we hear from people who are afraid to go to mainstream ERs and hospitals for fear of losing control of their (or their children's) medical care.  And for good reason.  Many relate their own bad experiences in which things were done to them without their consent; others relate being threatened with CPS for attempting to choose another treatment option.

We desperately need an alternative.

Your donations will help us launch this medical center--a place where patient rights will be respected.

We are excited to be launching our home medical services soon.  However, to sustain this operation as it gets started, we need to raise approximately $20,000 more.  These additional funds will cover initial operating expenses, including hiring staff.

Slowly but surely we are creating an alternative to mainstream hospital care.  Please help us make this alternative a reality.

We are working on several things including hosting informational meetings, working with consultants, and getting ready to move to another phase with our project.

Our community advisory board has been meeting and developing great ideas for our medical center.

However, we need your help to move forward.  If 500 people will donate $10, we can get started.

We are excited to announce the launching of our community advisory board! 

Rather than the medical center's being the project of one person, we think it is critical that this medical center is a grassroots effort and one that has input from the community which it serves.

Establishing this board will be a great help to Beacon Medical Center, as we have members of our local community providing insight and guidance.

Thank you all for your generous support!  With donations here and some offline, we have been able to secure an office space, get basic office equipment, and set up other business basics.

We need significantly more funding to now move forward with setting up infrastructure of the medical center, including hiring of staff.
