We are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved father, Berhane Haile Shiker, who was a guiding force and pillar of strength in our lives and in the community.

Berhane leaves behind his four children and his wife of over 30 years. His presence changed the lives of many, and his legacy will continue to inspire and uplift us all. May God protect his family, and may his transition be peaceful.

We are creating this private donation for his closest family to help honor him and give from their heart. He will be laid to rest in his home country of Eritrea. It was his heartfelt desire to return home, and we are committed to fulfilling that wish with dignity and love.

ብምኽንያት ዕረፍቲ እቲ ኣብ ህይወትናን ኣብ ሕብረተሰብናን ዓንዲ ጽንዓትን መገዲ ዘርእን ዝነበረ ክቡር ኣቦና ብርሃነ ሃይለ ሽከር፡ ዓሚቝ ሓዘን ይስምዓና።

ብርሃነ፡ ኣርባዕተ ደቁን ንልዕሊ 30 ዓመታት ዝተጓዓዘቶ በዓልቲ ቤቱን ሓዲጉ ተፈልዩና ኣሎ። ህላወኡ ንህይወት ብዙሓት ዝቐየረ ኮይኑ፡ እቲ ዝሓደጎ ታሪኽ ድማ ንኹላትና ክንድዓዓስን ክንሕይልን ክቕጽል እዩ። ኣምላኽ ንስድርኡ የጸናንዕ፡ ንዕኡ ድማ መንግስተ ሰማያት የዋርሶ።

ክቡር ኣቦና ኣብ ዓዱ ኤርትራ ንክቕበር፡ እቲ ናይ መወዳእታ ልባዊ ትምኒቱ ንምፍጻምን ብክብሪ ንምፋኖን፡ ንናይ ቀረባ ቤተሰቡ ዝኸውን ናይ ውልቀ ሓገዝ ነዳልው ኣለና። ነዚ ትምኒቱ ብፍቕርን ብክብርን ንምፍጻም ድማ ቃል ኣቲና ኣለና።
