On November 12, 2022 the world unexpectedly lost a vibrant, colorful soul far too soon, Beau DeJong. At just 4 years of age, he had a laugh and a smile that could light up a whole room. He loved to help others, whether it was his classmates at daycare, his mom with his two baby sisters, or his dad on the baseball field and at school - he was always ready to lend a helping hand or find the person in the corner that needed it the most. He was a true entertainer, always performing new songs and dances for family, or reciting entire scenes from movies and books. Beau never failed to make people laugh. Most recently, he loved singing songs about Jesus. But most of all, he loved his baby sisters, often referring to them as "my babies" and took on the role of big brother proudly. He leaves behind his parents, his twin sisters, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins - all who have loved him dearly beyond measure and will forever have a hole in their hearts.

The DeJong family appreciates any assistance in this difficult time while we mourn the loss of such a bright light in our lives. Any help would offset the cost of medical bills, funeral funds, and other expenses as Erik and Haley DeJong take time off from work to grieve the loss of their young son. Donations can also be dropped off at First National Bank in the name "Beau DeJong Memorial"
