I suffer from a disease called SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) that affects my kidneys, which have finally stopped working at all. Therefore I’m in need of a Kidney Transplant.

The surgery is quite expensive, and my family can’t afford it, although the doctors have established it is my best shot and the time is running; which is why we ask for your help.
