Hello, my name is BrittanyAlana Daley. I'm here to share a deeply personal story and ask for your support in rebuilding my life after an unimaginable ordeal with my former employer, World Central Kitchen. 😔

A few years ago, I experienced workplace abuse so severe that it could have cost me my life. My former employer not only subjected me to unsafe working conditions but also tried to silence me with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). 🤐

The impact of these events is something no one should ever have to go through—especially in their place of work, right? But I’m here today because despite everything that happened, my life and the lives of others are worth so much more than any amount money could compensate for what they endured. 😞

I left World Central Kitchen (WCK) under dire circumstances, with crippling PTSD from the trauma I experienced at their hands. Meanwhile, WCK went on to get 18 workers killed in subsequent disasters—their bodies are a haunting reminder of how deadly unsafe work environments can be. 💔

But let me tell you what gives me hope: It’s YOU. My beloved community here has always shown up for each other during tough times, and now is no different. I need your help as I begin to rebuild my life after the trauma caused by WCK. 😊

I am asking you today—yes, YOU!—to stand with me in demanding better treatment of workers worldwide who face dangerous conditions just trying to make a living. By supporting this campaign, you’re not only helping me recover from the aftermath of that dark chapter but also standing up for worker safety everywhere. 🙌

I believe in us and what we can achieve together if we come together as one human family. Let's show WCK—and any other organization taking advantage of workers like this—that they cannot break our spirits or take away our rights to fair treatment, no matter how hard they try! 💪
