This story is hard for me to write because as a man I shouldn’t have to be doing this. Me and my family in the last year have lost a child, and 2 homes. The first home we lost trying to save a family member. Landlord didn’t want to renew the lease due to the number of people in my home. Said we needed something bigger. Then, we got a home, but the cost was $2,000 a month. We had to get it. We qualified. After 6 months we decreased in income because our son left to move to another state. That immediately hurt us and disqualified us. So, we had to move out.

I work in hvac, my wife works from home because she has fibromyalgia and POTS! There is no cure for my wife but she loves being a mom and there is no limits to that. However, we are in a situation where we have no where’s else left to turn to. We have maxed out credit cards staying in hotels, we have maxed out our overdraft in our bank account, we don’t get food stamps anymore so we come out of pocket. We don’t even qualify for housing accept affordable housing and they decided not to rent their 5 bedroom for availability. Im having to purchase a car through my job just to keep a job because our car was repoed.. and between us both we can afford a house but we can’t afford the start up costs.

So, we are turning to our community and the world to help us get those startup costs. Everything will be posted and updated with evidence that the money will go where it’s suppose to go. Please share our fundraiser because if you can’t donate someone else can.
