Hello friends, family, acquaintances, Kentucky neighbors, prayer warriors, and anonymous blessings.

​Writing this is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, and to be completely honest, it comes with a heavy dose of humility.

If you know our family, you know how much we value standing strong together and weathering life's storms. Right now, though, our family anchor needs a little extra support to keep us steady. As we navigate a sudden loss of income, our primary focus is keeping things steady and safe for our kids.

We are a family of four with two young children under the age of six, and facing a severe financial hardship, the dominoes have fallen fast. Attempting to guve ourselves grace with our children the immediate threat of eviction from our home and the repossession of our family vehicle has become at risk.

My fiancé has worked for many years in labor and construction, but ongoing lower back problems have recently caused a significant loss of iincome. I was able to work at the kids daycare and then top of his career stay at home. The physical demands of his work though have led to increasing pain and mobility issues, resulting in multiple medical appointments, injections, and preparations for an upcoming back surgery. Because of these health challenges, he has been unable to work consistently, which has placed a serious strain on our household finances.

We have lived in our current home for the past five years and have always worked hard to maintain stable housing for our family. Our property is also transitioning to new management at the end of June, which has added uncertainty to our situation as we try to resolve our rental balance and avoid losing our home. We are doing everything we can to improve our situation and remain financially stable, but we are in urgent need of assistance to keep a roof over our children's heads.
