Summarizing the updated status of our amazing project, I offer the following: Phases I and Il completed new handicap ramps, a new Bar, new office and storage spaces, upgrades to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, widened entrance door, and has added a required front staircase entryway to the lower floor per State Fire Code. This vast endeavor required us to plan for and complete many Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ‘Accessible Design’ improvements. We added Phase III which provided more dedicated ADA bar and dining service space, as well as creating a new handicap accessible stage. Furthermore, once our building loan is paid down, we will be pursuing a proposal to transform our lower level into a first-class veteran lounge and conference center. Finally, we will be adding a much-anticipated elevator-lift to make our lower-level ADA compliant.
