I am being prosecuted by health bureaucrats for being right about Covid.

During Covid we were all engaged in forecasting risk and benefit – doctors, bureaucrats, and each and every one of us.

At this time, it was evident to me that the Covid 19 vaccines were not safe and were not effective, and I felt it my duty as a doctor to warn Australians about the risks of taking an experimental mRNA Covid-19 vaccine.

I made public statements warning people that the vaccines were not safe and were not effective, and that Melbourne’s Covid lockdowns, the harshest in the world, were draconian and not necessary.

In October 2021 the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahrpa) suspended my medical licence alleging that my warnings and calls for caution was misinformation.   

We all now know that I have been proven right about Covid and the Covid-19 vaccines, and that Australia's Health bureaucrats and politicians have been proven wrong.  Yet the Medical Board of Australia are continuing to prosecute me, and I risk being de-registered as a medical doctor.

I have not been able to practice medicine since October 2021 when I was suspended by Ahpra, and I had to shut down my medical practice which my father had established.

I now have to respond to another three (3) day hearing in April, to defend myself against prosecution by the Medical Board of Australia, who believe are ultimately seeking to have me de-registered as a Doctor.  

I wholly reject these allegations and I performed legitimate and proper medical practice by treating patients who were being heavily coerced to take a Covid-19 vaccine.  The health bureaucrats who were wrong about Covid, are alleging that my treating of these patients fell short of acceptable practice.  None of my patents make this allegation.
