After the sudden passing of my husband, Brian Smith, on January 10, 2026, our daughters, Campbell and Mallory, and I are navigating a devastating season we didn’t plan for.

Brian did not have a will. Support from friends, family, and community will help continue providing stability for my girls, cover upcoming college expenses, necessary legal and administrative costs during probate, and help support us as we work to rebuild after Brian’s sudden passing.

Campbell is preparing to go to University of Alabama Birmingham in the fall of 2026, and Mallory made the Varsity Dance Team for her senior year — something that has been a bright light during an incredibly difficult year.
