10yrs ago, I started working out, and training submission grappling. Within the first 2 years I lost over 100lbs. Since then I've competed in MMA fights, and submission grappling tournaments.  Now, at all most 40, my competition era is coming to a close.   I've spent the last 4-5 years dedicated to passing down the knowledge I've learned, and continue to learn, through the kids class, 3 nights a week, and helping the new students that are, today, where I was at 10yrs+ ago.  This is my passion. This is what I want to do with my life.   Given the past 3-4 years, I've realized that if I want to provide a decent life for my family, I can't rely on retail industry, which I've invested 20 years of my life to, only to see hard workers get pushed to the side, and replaced with young individuals that have the work ethic of a sloth. The corporate elites at every company are quickly pulling up the ladder behind them.  Fitness is only of the few meritocracy based systems left.   And mixed martial arts training, takes that to the next level.  

These funds will be used to acquire a commercial real estate location and buy gears, mats, bags, merch, and tech needed to get my dream, started.   $50,000 would be my ultimate end goal.  With that I could get what's needed to get the doors open for business, and begin to use my skills to hopefully provide a nice life for my family.
