Our family is currently fighting foreclosure to save the "first home we have ever owned".

For a period of time, our household income was reduced unexpectedly, which made it extremely difficult to keep up with our mortgage payments. During that time we fell behind, and the past-due balance has grown to a point that feels impossible to tackle alone.

We are committed to rebuilding and doing everything we can to move forward responsibly.

However, the back balance from those difficult months remains, and the threat of Foreclosure is upon us. Catching up fully is something we simply cannot do without help.

This home represents more than just walls and a roof for us.

It represents:

• A future we are trying to build together as a family. 

For our family, this home is proof that hard work can change lives. Losing it after everything we have gone through would be devastating.

But we are not giving up.

We are fighting foreclosure to keep what we worked so hard for, and we are trusting God through this entire process. Even during the hardest moments, we have been reminded that "God provides through people, kindness, and community".

Our goal is to raise $20,000 to help cover the past-due mortgage balance so we can fully stabilize our situation, the mortgage company informed us that to stop foreclosure, we need the full balance of $20,000 or a partial balance of $18,589.
