This year, I have the opportunity to return to the Philippines for my second missionary trip, and it means so much more to me this time. After going last year, something truly shifted in me. It wasn’t just a trip, it opened my eyes, stretched my faith, and placed a deeper calling on my heart. I saw the need, experienced the love of the people, and knew I was called to go back and continue serving.

I’ll be joining a team in Leyte, Philippines, where we’ll be sharing the gospel, pouring into children and families, supporting local churches, and serving the community however we can. Whether it’s providing meals or simply showing love and encouragement, I’m honored to be part of what God is doing there.

This also marks the third year my family has been part of this mission. The first year, my mom went. The second year, we went together. This year, I feel called to go again, while my mom has chosen to focus on raising support for the people we serve. So we’re doing something special.

Our goal is $9,000, broken into three parts. The first $3,000 sends me. The second $3,000 goes directly to support the churches, families, schools, meals, and necessities in the communities we serve. If we reach the final $3,000, we will take that as God opening the door for my mom to join me again so we can serve together.

Scripture reminds us that some are called to go, and others are called to send, but we all get to be part of the mission together (3 John 1:5–8, Romans 10:14–15).

We believe that where God sends, He also provides, often through the generosity of people like you.
