Daisy is a beautiful 3yr old little girl, daughter to our son. Recently while the children were at a visit with us and their father at a visitaion centre, a routine diaper change turned to horror when we found bruises on her upper thighs in the form of finger prints. Someone had assaulted this sweet child. We alerted the staff and she documented what she saw and they reported to their local CAS. Since the children lived in another city with thier mother and maternal Grandparents. We contacted the CAS there and the police who started a criminal investigation. Despite their being serious concern she had been molested the CAS decided it was safe to leave her and her 4 yr old brother in the home where more than likely the abuser resides.
We are beyond outraged.
We have a lawyer and they are prepared to go to court for an emergency motion to remove the children at least until the person responsible is found. The problem is they require a retainer of $5000.00 we do not readily have. We are looking for any donations that would help us make sure these two small children are safe and no longer at risk of abuse.
May Jesus be with you in this struggle. I hope the abuser is found and punished accordingly.
I hope and pray that others will help you raise enough money to save this beautiful little girl and her brother from any further harm or injury.

As of January 31st
Despite witnesses, reports , police involvement and 3yrs of historical well documented concern for the safety of the children CAS has sent us a notice saying they have concluded thier investigation and are closing the file.
We immediatly filed a complaint stating that the worker had not interviewed anyone in our family, after two weeks she had not read the report from the centre, and had ignored the well documented family history of abuse. This got us nowhere , reported to supervisor nothing, reported to ombudsmon and are currently on thier suggestion filing an official complaint against CAS. Meanwhile we are continuing to work with family law lawyers to deal with it in court.

We would like to first and formost thank those who have shared and contributed both through the GiveSendGo platform and privately to help us with legal expenses.
The safety and wellbeing of our grandchildren are of the utmost importance to us and their father. We have been trying out best to work with CAS, police and lawyers to prevent any further harm coming to the children.
Knowing that their are people who care and are willing to offer assistance and prayers for us is a great comfort at this terrible time.
