Mr. Noland was not able to recover from the disaster and his health declined rapidly. He passed on June 27th, 2024. His dog Cissy's body was found underneath the house a week or so prior, but he was not told so as not to cause him distress. Thank you for all those who gave generously and wrote notes of encouragement, it was beautiful to see the outpouring of love.
