About AJ, his time in the Airforce, and his life:
AJ joined the Airforce at 19-years-old and he went through rigorous specialized training (including SERE training) and was a proud member of the Air Force Honor Guard. For the majority of AJ's military career, he was a part of combat and evacuation missions in the Middle East, including Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Freedom’s Sentinel, Operation Inherent Resolve (against ISIS forces), & Operation United Assistance combatting the Ebola virus epidemic in West Africa. In addition, AJ regularly coordinated with the Secret Service & the Marine One helicopter crew as he was the primary supervisor on various POTUS movements throughout the world.

Upon receiving his honorable discharge, AJ enrolled at Baruch College and attended for 1 year before transferring to the University of Tampa where earned a B.A. in Marketing/Advertising. Once he graduated, he earned his Mortgage license and dedicated himself to helping other veterans by specializing in VA loans and becoming a "Homes for Heroes" mortgage broker, where he donates part of his commission back to his Hero clients. The first loan he closed for a veteran, he and his company built a ramp for the disabled vet's new home. His life has always been about helping and serving others. AJ has worked tirelessly to help make others' dreams come true, all while just truly starting to create a life of his own.

AJ is a Patriot, but first and foremost, AJ is a loving son, brother, boyfriend, and pet Dad. He truly has the biggest heart, and it is filled with love for God, his family, and this country.
AJ's life is all about his family, his dog and his cat, his girlfriend of 6 years, and his friends.

What has happened so far:

On January 13th, 2022, AJ Fischer arrived at his apartment to find it surrounded by the FBI issuing a search warrant regarding his presence in Washington D.C. on January 6th, 2021. At that time, they stated that he was allowed to leave the premises as all they had was a search warrant but assuming more was coming rushed to see his family, to be together, and to pray. He then received a call stating the FBI issued a warrant for his arrest and gave him 45 minutes to turn himself in. AJ complied and still not knowing the charges against him, turned himself in. An initial appearance was set for the following day, AJ’s birthday, January 14th at 2:00 pm. At 1:02 pm, online media companies began publishing stories about AJ’s Bond Hearing- which had yet to even happen. In these articles they stated that he was denied bond and labeled him a “domestic terrorist”. His appearance started late, but again we already knew that the public defender would turn it into a bond hearing and give up AJ's right to a 2-day adjournment.

During AJ’s Bond Hearing, the FBI prosecutor claimed that AJ was a “flight risk” due to his military service requiring him to move around the world and stated that AJ had only lived in Tampa for the past 4 months- ignoring that AJ has lived in Tampa for the last 4 years. There were multiple inaccurate claims made, and AJ’s public defender did not defend him in any instance.

The allegations against AJ and the labels being cast onto him are so far from the truth, they are sickening. Others who have criminal records, others who have no ties to the community, and/or family and friends to offer collateral were given bond or put on house arrest- but AJ was refused release.

UPDATES

Update #6 - AJ's Memorial Day Update
May 29, 2022
facebook twitter

First, we would all like to thank each and every one of you for your continued prayers and support. It means the world to all of us, especially to AJ.

This morning, The Gateway Pundit published a letter from AJ in which he thanks all of you for your ongoing support and shared some updates. Here is the first part of AJ's letter:

"Thank you for your support during this difficult time. It is truly incredible to hear of the kind words and of your donations while I was held prisoner. As you may already know, I was granted release from jail awaiting my trial after a motion for my spectacular attorney, Carolyn Stewart - a fellow veteran and patriot.

My attorney and I are fighting back against this assault on freedom of speech and peaceful assembly- and we need all the help we can get.

It's been 16 months and a majority of Americans still believe the Mainstream Media narrative. Our elected officials have failed us. But now it's clear that no one is coming to save us- it's up to us, We The People, to save America."

AJ wrote a letter to the public that was sent to the Gateway Pundit where he talks about his experience on January 6th and his follow J6ers. Please give it a read, as it is too long to post on here. It has since been published on a few different sites, the links to read are below.

Update #4 - AJ is unable to see or communicate with his Attorney.
January 27, 2022
facebook twitter

The jail is making it incredibly difficult -actually nearly impossible for AJ to communicate with his attorneys. As of now, they have not allowed his attorney(s) to register for private/privileged communications and are only allowing them to communicate on recorded lines in which they cannot actually talk about the case because IT IS RECORDED.
AJ\'s attorney has been trying to get "registered" but apparently the "Sergeant" is the only one who was allowed to approve attorney-client communication and they have yet to do so.
As of now, AJ has only spoken to an attorney roughly 3 times. The first was the biased public defender who only made things worse, the second was attorney #1 who AJ was only able to talk with for about 20 minutes before the hearing Tuesday, and the third was attorney #2 for about 15 minutes on a recorded line in which they were unable to even discuss the case. There have been one or two 5 minute calls over the past two weeks- but none that are private so he has yet to discuss his case.

Update #3 - AJ has yet to receive his Medication or a pillow.
January 27, 2022
facebook twitter

As stated in AJ\\'s story, he is a disabled veteran, this is because during AJ\\'s service he was injured multiple times- leaving him with severe neck and back problems. As of today AJ still has yet to receive any of his medication prescribed by the VA, even though he put in his prescription request on January 15, and was told it could be upwards of a month before he would receive it.

As of today, AJ has now developed a limp due to his pain, as he is having trouble walking due to his neck and back. AJ is able to purchase ibuprofen or Tylenol from the commissary at a hefty price increase, but it is barely making a difference. It also does not help that AJ has yet to receive a pillow. Anyone who has neck or back pain, or even just aches, knows that sleeping without a pillow can make things a hell of a lot worse.

PRAYER REQUESTS

  • For the strength all of us need to get through this, together.
