Recently pardoned J6 Political Hostage, Dan Wilson, is still fighting the remnants of the corrupt Government led by the Biden Regime. He is being threatened with going to prison even though the charges he got from his FBI raid are not relevant because he has been pardoned from his J6 Charges and this raid stems from J6 charges. Still Waiting for Dan to Come Home!

On January 21, 2025, Dan Wilson was among hundreds of individuals pardoned by President Donald Trump and released from a maximum-security prison. However, due to errors by an unknown Bureau of Prisons employee and an Associate United States Attorney, without the knowledge of Attorney General Ed Martin, the U.S. Attorney’s Office was ordered by D.C. District Court Judge Daphne Friedrich—a judge known for her strong opposition to President Trump and January 6th defendants—to return Dan to prison. The Associate United States Attorney corrected her mistake upon discovering it, but the order to return Dan to prison remained.
Dan voluntarily surrendered to the Federal Correctional Facility in Beckley, West Virginia, far from his elderly parents in Louisville, Kentucky. Following discussions, D.C. Attorney General Ed Martin and the Assistant U.S. Attorneys agreed that Dan’s pardon covered charges related to an illegal raid on his home and that those charges should be dismissed. Despite this, Judge Friedrich ordered Dan back to prison.
Florida attorneys George Pallas and Carol Stewart have teamed up to defend Dan, filing an appeal on his behalf. No hearing date has been set. The newly appointed D.C. Attorney General, Jeanine Pirro, has sent a letter to the appeals court stating she will not defend Judge Friedrich’s decision to reincarcerate Dan. Additionally, new pardon paperwork was submitted to President Trump’s administration and Attorney General Ed Martin on July 25, 2025, requesting a revised pardon that encompasses all related January 6th charges, including those stemming from the illegal raid on his home.
While awaiting resolution, Dan works as an electrician in the prison, where he has earned overwhelming support from fellow inmates and staff, who are shocked by his reincarceration. Dan, a model citizen for over 40 years, has grown increasingly frustrated and angry. He was peacefully protesting the 2020 election and ensuring the safety of others on January 6th.
