Hand Count NH mission: Is to allow citizens of NH a central place/ Library to educate and share information. Our goal in returning to "hand counting ballots" in NH as a basis to unite our community's ( regardless of politics) and teach our youth to participate in the values and investment, in our civic and constitutional duties.
