Although I didn't know it back then, after much prayer and preparation, that calling is now leading me to Mauritius, where I hope to serve vulnerable members of the community and offer compassion, encouragement, and practical support where it is needed most.

The Mission

My heart is to serve people who often feel overlooked or unsupported, including:

• Children with special needs who need encouragement and stability

• Women walking through recovery who are rebuilding their lives

• Individuals experiencing homelessness who deserve dignity, compassion, and hope

For several years I have worked directly with children and families in classrooms, clinics, in-home care, preschool settings, and community programs, supporting children with special needs and helping parents create calmer, more stable home environments. This experience has shaped my passion for helping families and strengthened my desire to serve wherever God opens a door.

Stepping Out in Faith as a Mother

This journey is not just about ministry—it is also about family. My 14-year-old son, Beau, will be traveling with me.

As a mother, my priority is to ensure he has stability, safety, and education as we step into this new chapter together. My hope is to create a stable home base where we can both grow while serving the community around us.

Why We Are Raising $15,000

Relocating internationally requires preparation so that we can arrive ready to serve rather than struggling through the first months of transition.

These funds will help cover:

• Some travel expenses to Mauritius

• Safe and stable housing upon arrival

• Education and stability for Beau

• Transportation to reach communities in need

• Basic transition and living expenses as we establish ourselves

• In addition to assisting the needs of the population I will focus on serving

Your support will help us arrive prepared and ready to begin serving immediately.

If 150 people gave $100, this entire mission could be funded and we could begin this journey with stability and preparation.

A Prayer From My Heart

As I have been writing a memoir titled Small and Beautiful, I wrote this prayer that reflects my heart for this journey:

"To reach the unreachable, to touch those no one wants to touch.

To go where others may not go, and to bring light where there is darkness.

Let me be a vessel of love, a vessel of peace, a vessel of joy, and a vessel of forgiveness."
